Meet Tarinee Sawetnaphanon
Tarinee is an entrepreneur, property investor, and landlord with over 20 years of experience in the UK property market.
She has built and managed a successful portfolio across London and the wider UK — but her work has always gone beyond investment alone.
As housing shortages continue to grow, more individuals and families are being left without suitable accommodation. Tarinee saw this not just as a market gap, but as a responsibility.
She began adapting her own properties to meet the needs of local authorities and housing providers — creating homes for people who needed them most, including:
Homeless families with young children
Individuals requiring income support
Vulnerable people in need of stable housing
Today, she continues to acquire and repurpose properties, working alongside housing providers, charities, and local authorities to support:
Vulnerable individuals
Victims of domestic violence
Refugees
People rebuilding their lives
Her approach combines long-term property investment with meaningful social impact — proving that financial goals and positive contribution can go hand in hand.
